Well done South for starters.

Well done to the ressies on the GF rematch in a convincing win (and first up loss for Slatts  ) don't worry Slatts the beer will stay cold, the boys at work will tell you on Monday.

South too good today, and the Bays need to switch on next Saturday.

South undisciplined at times: 2 of Glenelg's 3 goals in the first term a direct result of ill South discplpine. Lucky at others: 2 of their own 1st term goals were jaggy. But committed for four quarters, which was the difference. Glenelg slow, lazy, delivering poorly, and generally beaten for most of the game. Still in with a chance in the final term, it would have been an injustice if Glenelg had won it. Well done Panthers, enjoy it.

Popped into the South clubrooms for a couple of quick ones after the game. Very impressed! The clubrooms were formerly small and poky; now spacious and modern. Very much an improvement.

Good to see Jack himself pressing the flesh in the clubrooms after the match. Full marks to him.

Heard a little bit on RPH and something about Sellar doing stuff all, how did he go?

Not well, but our delivery to the forwards was deplorable at best.

Didn't see that coming did I ? That was a surprise to me ( and a lot of others ).
Well done South, hopefully that result shows we will see a more competitive South side this year, much different to how they finished off last season. Great result to start the season for the Panthers.
Again , well done !

Very good clubrooms there, new ground entrance :?
I walked in from Colonnades and entered in through the top gate, and no-one checked my season pass
or clipped it...wonder how many people came in that way for nothing. I know a couple of blokes I was standing with
who did the same...
