Play the game on Saturday for real football fans and when Glenelg get a record crowd to a game.
Play the game on a Sunday and get a couple of thousand less.

Im very critical of North at times and I'll be just as critical of other clubs when they make retarded decisions such as this. NO need to take into account people with real jobs that have to fly all over the country every week, as long as they look after the unemplOyed bums that can get to Sunday games, that's all that counts. And what about the thousands of people who play/are involved with other leagues on a saturday? Surely a sunday game would allow for a bigger crowd?? Have to check in before a certain time so can't fly out at 1800.

I, too, am working saturday, and this game on sunday means I can go! I can only ever make it to sunday sanfl games, and was deprived last week.

I'm not an unemployed bum or whatever other pretty ridiculous generalisations have been cast in this thread. I don't know too many people who work sunday and not saturday.
