I have been watching with interest that Ron starts both cica and Cheep on the bench.I'd assume he's trying to nurse Cica through the entire year(hes like a kid when he gets on) and help Cheep get the pace of the SANFL game.

A bonus to have Jacky and Knights in this week. I would say any two of the three named on our Full Forward line will make way for the two inclusions. With Knights in the side we can afford to play Treeby or McKenzie more often up forward. I look forward to the Alleway vs McGregor contest. If Ken can close down his influence it will go along way to deciding the outcome.

A couple of handy inclusions for the Eagles and North will of course miss Schwarze, so I'll tip the Eagles by inside 3 goals...

I am about to get slammed by my fellow eagle fans .But I really don't like the skipper up forward for us .Prefer him along the half back line or on the ball .Treeby on the other hand I do like.

Tend to agree, but with our backline being pretty solid at the moment I think using McKenzie forward at times is a good move with Salter and Passador out. McKenzie is a pretty difficult match up for opposition defenders.

I would suggest you go ask Glenelg Port and south who besides Salter has been kicking goals for WWT.
With Passador a long term injury the Eagles have been using others as focal points up forward .
Write us off if you dare ;)

The load has been shared between:

Player Games Goals Behinds
Nick Salter 4 12 9
Adam Grocke 5 8 6
David Westbrook 3 5 6
Jarrhan Jacky 4 4 5
Jay Cheep 5 4 2
Justin Cicolella 5 4 0
Travis Lane 2 4 0
Leigh Treeby 3 3 2
Ken McGregor 5 2 3
Luke Jarrad 5 2 2
Mark McKenzie 5 2 2
Jarred Allmond 5 2 1
Todd Miles 5 2 0
Nathan Daniel 1 2 0
Paul Stewart 5 1 0
Brad Dabrowski 5 1 0
Angus Rowntree 2 1 1
Sam Fairclough 4 1 2
Dale Symmons 1 1 0
Matthew Broadbent 4 0 4
Robert Shirley 2 0 1
James Rimington 2 0 1
Luke Powell 4 0 1
Tom Corbett 2 0 1

I often hear commentators talk about how good it is to have an even spread of goalkickers instead of relying on the one player. And teams end up working out ways to stop the supply easier if there is just one player being fed the ball.
