Good luck to Norwood's Brady Dawe in what will be his debut - if he's picked for league of course.

Think he'll go alright in time in the SANFL as big men like him with ability are hard to find and he's a surperb reader of the play.

I reckon Brady might miss out in the early stages of the season, especially if Doyle and Tyrell are fit and firing...

I think young Dawe will be a solid league player in 12 months time but needs to adjust to SANFl footy first after impressing in 3 trial games I saw him play in this summer.

Close - 112 point win.

A short-lived record because Sturt walloped us at Unley the next year by 114 points...

That I have noticed! He's got a real bright future.

I'd like to see him play against Port but we'll go for the bigger bodies of Doyle/Tyrell.

As we should IMHO ... You'd expect a physical Port in Round 1 and throwing the kid in against bigger bodies at this stage is something I'd avoid - let him get a few runs in the magoos and adjust to the difference in tempo between trials and real stuff, then by all means give him a run.

when the game starts can someone post some live scores. I have a few dollars on Norwood so would be good if someone can keep me updated with the score. Cheers

Unfortunately i think you're right, maybe a little closer, probably closer to 5 goals.

you were right GWW. Your 5 goals was closer but it was still done in a canter i would say.
