Aren't there signs at most sports grounds saying something along the lines of "$20,000 fine for entering the playing arena" or some such?

I'm sure i've seen signs up for at least a $5000 fine at most arenas.

I would dare say that would be for events like the cricket/AFL.

I remember last year the threats that every person entering the field when Buddy Franklin kicked his 100th was going to cop a fine (of course when thousands run on that's impossible to enforce).

As for the penalty - the streaker in round 1 got less lol!

I've asked this question before. People say it's impossible to keep people off the ground, and yet when the final siren goes, nobody runs onto the ground. Why is that?

Why some people think they have a right to run onto the ground while it's in progress is absolutely beyond me.
