Thanks to Rushby Hinds, Sturt 19 pts up halfway through the last quarter
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Final scores courtesy of Rushby Hinds (and I think we must have had a few   )

Sturt 18 9 117
Bays 16 18 114

Bays Ressies and 19s will be sharpening up the goal kicking practice me thinks this week

Anyone know McConnell's final tally?
Might have been something like 1 goal 7?
He had a funny old day.
Got dragged from the wing early off Stribling who was killing him and then was moved forward.
Got plenty of the ball (or whistle) but his kicking was terrible.
A very good player with confidence at an all time low it seemed, a real shame with some of the games he's played in the last 2 years and where the Bays currently are. Still at least with the Bays playing at least 2 more weeks of ressies it gives him a little time to turn it around.

PS I wonder what the odds were off the Snouts sponsored player lining up on the Roost's sponsored player in a reserves final? :?

Lot of support for glenelg when I came in. Glad I did, was a ripping last quarter. Probably 15 goals kicked between the sides and it really ebbed and flowed. Cracking contest.
