Now this year done, Andy will have his own list. The oldest player left will be Stephen Bailey the human shotgun who turns 29 next yr.

Serious question, R&B and Nickname - who of those blokes listed above (I haven't quoted the ones who have retired or are physically spent) could have been persevered with? I am interested in their ages. If they were 25 I can understand but if they were only 21 and 22 did they need more time and could have come good?

I agree with wycbloods response. Time wasn't an issue, they weren't going to get faster or taller with time ( or better, for some of them.) I thought Mensforth had some potential but footy history is littered with tales of players with potential who didn't realise it.
