Ho Hum!
Who cares?
Umpires = boring
SANFL umpiring standard is disgraceful.
eg has anyone queried why/how or how appropriate it is that TONY DEY umpired U19s last week and from all reports was disgraceful even at that level?
TONY DEY = ANGRY MAN WITH CHIP ON SHOULDER WHO CAN'T UMPIRE (TOO EMOTIONAL)

i think the umpiring in the sanfl is a lot lot better than their counterparts in the afl

if any of you guys went to a neutral game you'd realisethat it isn't that bad

ps, if you knew everything you'd know that the umpires are on a rotation
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

I agree with BAYMAN
The standard [or the way they are allowed to umpire] in the SANFL is better than the AFL in my opinion.

I punt on AFL/SANFL games
The difference is the Umpires can win or lose games a lot more often in the AFL games
Ive had a couple of very lucky wins with over techinical or soft decisions in the AFL

I recently backed the KA to beat BL in a game
I was on KA and those who saw the last qtr would know how fortunate I was to collect

Yeah I scream at the Umps we all do
BUT
They are the best at what they do and thats good enough for me

My dad was an umpire and all he ever did was give his best. He copped his fair share of criticism but it never bothered him but he thinks a lot of it was unfair.
