It's not my club so I can't comment with any authorotive idea but it seems that you guys are jumping the gun a bit, your club has been playing finals footy for a long time now, have been dominant in the league for a decade or more and have a flag for it. So I think Fuller has done alot for your club and deserves a bit more respect than what is coming out now, change comes at the right time and hopefully by the right means at a footy club.

A very poor performance, ronnie has done a good job but past his use by date , even the players i was talking to today agree.Ronnie has got to many favs. that are not up to it ie. colville, fairy, hicks, salter, robberts [ hes only getting a game because his dad played with ronnie ]. And i heard some other stories today .

Sturt is still undefeaded. Some people out on the ground I wasn't happy with.

U19s
Sturt 4.6 8.12 13.14 14.15.99
Eagles 2.0 7.2 9.7 13.14.92
We kicked 3 posters in the 3rd, had they been goals meant that we could have won.

ME, can you elaborate more on the comment under the 17's score?

Harsh. He looked great last season as a key forward. It looks to me as though they're (the Power) trying to turn him into a big bodied midfielder. While he is capable of playing that role, he is much better as a key forward.

Petrenko though, the kid's a gem. Won't be long before he's upgraded.

Well I will differ with you as I thought Roberts has been better than Dobber for a few weeks. But our rucks are one dimensional.
Salter has lacked form most of the year.To quote you with names" Fairy and hicks" are injured. And I though Gav Colville was slow against south but looked good because south did not attack a bouncing ball.
JJ went off after he injured his good knee.
And I was told what it was like in the coaches box by famliy members of a former assitant to RON.And that left me horrified.

holden...what have you got against Sam Fairclough and Cody Hicks???? you keep bagging them, especially Fairy....why dont you say something constructive..these kids are young and still learning and will be long term league players.
If people like you begun to encourage them instead of bagging them it might help.

All right lets get serious , all this moaning is counterproductive , especially considering what awaits on Saturday pm. In the paper today Rons comments I found unusually insightfull as he is seemingly challenging the board as well as his players & coaches . " Its not just me , its the whole club . Im just the coach ....... the whole club is challenged but its not a bad thing " "we wont write todays game off we will reflect very strongly on it " . So once more we are left to guess are we where were at because of Rons lack of foresight re players abilities , the Boards lack of priority re recruits & their funding or is it both ? Its more likely I think to be both , with the end of year Board review destined to be a negative one for Ron , so maybe his paper quotes are to signal his frustration & to acknowledge a redoubling of effort in this area has to be PRIORITY 1 in the offseason . Ron has to take part blame & Im sure he does , but the honeymoon of 06 is a long way off now ! Its time for hard edge emotionless review , not spin & hiding eg. "oh well we cant go top every year " thats LOSER talk you dont hear at top sports clubs the world over . We have good kids mostly & some quality seniors , just not enough ; & our skill level stinks ( gameplan ) . Good to see GEDDES do well & Mark Jeffries fired up at 3 quarter time , it was obvious they were in it to win it ; not sure about the rest ? Time for strong leadership & plenty of it !! !!

Now that is something for the future.
Perhaps sturt are that good holden .Or more likely the injuries and State duties have taken their toll on the club.

I just hope the club as a whole has learnt a lesson from Saturday's game.
The first lesson would be to whoever stands Perrie next time.If he is going to run lose in our forward line let him .That leaves a defender lose in sturts forward line, and would nullify him going back.
Lesson number two why have the quickest player in PUP in the back line. When Wicks always cuts the team to pieces play pup on wicks as a tagger and run off him .
I hope that helps someone at oval ave .

Hicks and fairy just havent got it dont be so one eyed be honest . Grocke got dropped for one bad game against legs be real there could have been 15 dropped , hes our best chf by a mile and schwarze is our best ff by a street . Hicks and fairy have never played a game that you could say was real good fair enough they are young but please there are double standards. Geddes is our best young player by a mile , as for lee hes been shafted will he will be the next one to walk and i say good on him .
