The SANFL should go into damage control and eliminate every team except for the Bays, Sturt and Glenelg and just have them playing each other for the rest of the season.

So you're saying Glenelg and Sturt should just play each other week in week out for the rest of the year Wedgie ?? Might as well shift next weeks clash between these sides down to AAMI stadium, call it as the Grand Final and have the season finish up after 13 rounds !!??

I kind of agree with what you are saying, but although I think the premiership will still be won by one of those 3 sides, I still think your Roosters are a chance of causing a few upsets come finals times and if Norwood or the Eagles end up being the 5th team to qualify, either of them can produce a good brand of football if they apply themselves properly and consistantly for 4 quarters.

Anything can happen mate, we all know that. I do agree with you to a point, like i say but IMO I think this SANFL season will be like a good bottle of red mate... Will simply get better as the year goes on... Patience my friend, we'll see some ripper games to come, trust me.

Our skill level is not up to league standard, North got giddy picking off errant handballs and kicks.
We have a long ,hard road to hoe.

Shocking crowd, noone from South played well, a couple of half decent efforts by O'Hara, Allan and Alleway for the red team though.

The blunt fact is that political infighting has finally killed the SAFC. The sacking of Jack Cahill was enough to be the straw that broke the camels back for this season.

If you look at all the critiscm that was heaped on Jack Cahill and how the SAFC needed the modern coaching style of ex AFL players, its fairly obvious to see that this idea has recieved what it deserved.

North had lost Gill to the Crows and we had our two Crows players available as well as several players back from injury. North have their troubles and this is a game that we should have been able to be competitive in. Yet as usual we put in an yet another pathetic performance and take our place at the foot of the SANFL ladder. And you can be sure that in oppostion to Cahills coaching style, several "best" player awards would have been given out and certainley no words spoken "harshly" to the playing group after the match today...

Really dissapointing and pathetic as usual.

How dare anyone be critical and say "harsh" words about South Adelaide. Everything is all rosie and fluffy and nice.
