Uncle Doug settles out of court!

Blacky,What would a non Dougie supporter say? of course their not going to believe the truth because the truth is Doug Thomas is a fair and loyal man and only wanted what he was entitled to. Not much to ask but definately worth fighting for. Whether he should or shouldnt have gone earlier is not the point. Noone will ever do as much as he did for the West Adelaide Football Club and alot of people forget the unpaid hours he put in beyond the call of duty and he was happy to do it all because he loved the club and wanted the best for them. I really hope more than anything he will be able to walk into the club and enjoy it as it was his whole life! Not many know the true Doug Thomas,hardworking,caring and a big softy at heart and i can tell you it is an absolute privelege that i got to find that out.

I am not a Doug Supporter nor am i a Doug hater but there has been plenty of things said of how he was treated unfairly and that he treated the club unfairly but it is something that should stay between Doug and the Club now that it has been settled out of court. Lets just hope all parties move on now. Also to No Mercy i know the facts as well and you should tell all the facts if you are going to state some of them. Although i think it isn't your place, nor mine, to state them.
