Wouldn't worry too much just yet as they don't stream 24 hours a day. Keep trying on the hour or half hour which is when their programmes usually start/finish.

P.S. Getting in early doen't seem to make much difference...if too many try to log on once the game starts it's a lottery as to who loses their link
