1,219 is the lowest crowd between Central and West - previous low was 1,426 at Richmond in Round 14 1993
It's also the lowest crowd that Central has had at Richmond - previous low was 1,371 vs South in Round 10 1964

Is it happening in WA too?
Are the state leagues slowly fading away?
Or, is it a fluctuation that has occurred before?
