Been a few mentions of the Westies BBQ on various threads.
Great advertising IMO, if I ever get back to Richmond to see a game I'll definitely have to get a few snags.
Is there still the bloke that sells his pies outside the gate as people are leaving?
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Was last time I went bloody good pasties too. I think at half time he sells from the Southern end gate. Fulltime from the Northern end...

Sorry, dumb question but what's the 'ammie'?

I think I read on the Blood n Tars that the catering is getting outsourced to the same mob that
does AAMI Stadium, so Blacky could possibly be referring to that...

Purposely didn't have breaky or lunch before venturing to Richmond today, was in a rush so didn't get to the BBQ until half time but as per in the past it was a beautifully run BBQ by the faithful volunteers who missed most of the match.
People will be glad to hear nothing had changed.
Got myself a double hamburger with onion and sauce for $2.70 which filled me up.
Awesome value and great to see nothing had changed! :D

I don't think its any coincidence that the Wolfpack always camp 5 metres away from the BBQ.

Its only the catering back at the club that has changed.

At Richmond Oval its still all volunteers in BBQ and Kiosks

Sill the best value BBQ by a mile! 1 steak sanger fills me up! I like the new scoreboard, wish we had one, but I thought they might have still been able to do "around the grounds" on the other scoreboard?
