WHAT??? A Glenelg supporter bagging the family of a Bay Legend. You'll be getting a call up to the boardroom soon. Tut, tut. Troy.

Hehehe, always wonder if that one was true, was she a blues fan?
And, no, I would prefer that these private matters stay just that, I didn't bring it up, only surprised that was brought up and fell off my chair that a Bay supporter brought it up. Rushby and Tas need to have a chat to TroyGFC and get the new protocol correct, that being, you only bring up gossip about other clubs, and only EVER, EVER bring up gossip about the Beautiful Bays when you want to change coach.
Good season coming up people!

Finally, after having seen so many Central players go to North, the opposite seems to be happening this year. We have picked up Hart, Sharpe, Porter and Uern from North Adelaide this year. Wonder what has caused their mass exodus of young players? Do they feel it would be difficult to break into the North seniors? That is why a lot of Central players headed to North in recent seasons.
Cheers

It's unusual, they left and went to the only club that performed better in league footy last season. Usually, players leave and head to a club lower ranked for more opportunity. Perhaps there is more to it? (Merely hypothesising, not suggesting anything afoul at the chooks).

Smac, I was thinking the same thing. I know that when we had an exodus, it was fringe players leaving for better opportunities elsewhere. If the Rooster players left for that reason, I am surprised they came to the Ponderosa. Then again, our depth of Ressies may not be as strong as North's currently. Getting in the Ressies is the stepping stone to getting in the league team. Could that have something to do with it?

Good point about the ressies BDP, ours haven't been flush with options for a few years now. Hopefully we can start to reverse that this year.

So, is that where the name "Annie Fullforward" came from?
I always wondered! #-o
