FFS!!!

Mt BArker is represented by Sturt and TTG by North/Norwood (not sure exactly where the zone boundary is)

As Adelaide expands the club zones change so each club has roughly the same number of schools (kids) to pick their juniors from.

Not having a go at you per se Sojourner but I've seen this type of comment several times now and for those of you that aren't aware the club boundaries change to relflect the changing demographics of Adelaide. This is so the new growth areas of Adelaide are captured by the SANFL clubs.

The reality is you probably see Sturts country zone (IIRC Mt Barker is in Sturts country zone not its metro zone) shrink geographically (but not demographically)next zone change to reflect the increase in population up at Mt Barker in the same way South Adelaide has been "pushed" further South each zone change to reflect the growth and expansion of the "City of Onkaparinga"
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

And hopefully they look at participation levels in Australian Rules, not just number of kids this time.

I can't recall the exact numbers but participation level in dogs zone is about 30% - 40% lower than any other club zone.

9 of the Port U/15 team that won the recent state championships play footy in the Central District Junior Football League. Go figure.

Not workable. Australia is just a touch bigger than the old dart.

I've always been a fan of Dog_ger's suggestion, but unfortunately, REB is right.
