Well played north.
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.

I put Clinton Alleway's mark on Youtube, sorry about the quality but it will give you an idea of how good it was:

And here's Howard's bump:

Now I understand why it looked a little odd on the day. I didn't have a great angle, but it never seemed like he suddenly had the ball in his hands. I could tell it was a good one, but now I can see how long he was up there for. He probably thought initially he'd gone too early, but held himself up there for a long time really. Nice of Havelberg to hold him for that long!

Who locked the Howard gets one week thread ????

I fully support Wedgies argument on this incident as stated by my previous post on page 6 of this thread.

Howard made contact from the side into his shoulder and not his head all this deserved was a free kick which was awarded and not a visit to the tribunal , i was there and saw the incident.

The report was absolutely ridiculous, total overkill by an over zealous white maggot.

This great game of ours is being ruined by idiots who are following the great example the AFL has set over the last few years.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SANFL 2000 - 2011 Central District 12 consecutive Grand Final appearances and 9 Premierships.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFF.

Hit em hard let them get up and hit em again.

Not me (locking the thread) and well said by someone who was there and in view of the incident such as I.
Every Dogs fan I chatted to throughout the day after the incident had exactly the same opinion of it that you did.
I wont tell you what North fans said as the swear filter would make it impossible to read!

Good to catch up with you and Dog_ger too, see you later in the year at Adelaide Oval!

We win the game, we've played our final.
We lose, we're pretenders.

Centrals couldn't care less about dropping that game - their team didn't try and already planned to drop the game which would account for the poor turnout of Dogs fans at the game - they must have got don't bother turning up emails sent from the club.

no its just that all centrals fans kids are to scared to travel to prospect oval. : - )
