Re: Things that give you the sh1ts

Got into work early to do payroll and there’s a power outage!!!

Been here over an hour already with no ETA for resumption

We have no power, inner South and the neighbour works at SA Power said to me this morning that many people across Adelaide won’t have power until the end of the day or tomorrow due to the big number of lightning strikes on infrastructure
Shit!

i have a 6.6kw system on the roof and a 13kw battery, power in my area is still off, approaching 16hrs, doesnt affect me, worth the $15k investment

Re: 2023 Grand Final, Glenelg v Sturt

There’s been times when you could definitely say we’re haven’t all been “Strong and United” but not now. Perfect example of everyone getting behind the club and making a difference.

Mind you, we do have a few dissatisfied souls whinging about Premiership stickers and BBQS on the Glenelg Supporters Fb page. The big issues really…

yep, i had a crack about the sticker,, predominantly white is shitehouse so i will say it again

our marketing dept have got it wrong........AGAIN!!

edit; gold with black lettering or vice versa......... IS IT THAT **** HARD???

The Dark Knight wrote:10 mins left in the day I'm guessing (that's with the extra half an hour) and 7.3 overs left, so they'll be 5 overs short.

why don the ICC grow some balls and just play 30 overs per session, having designated playing hours is pointless these days

Re: Australian International Summer 2023/24

my take from this match

their top order was more putrid than ours

lyon superb

green brilliant

hazlewood surprised us with the bat and with green set the game up

edit: starc to bat at 10, not making enough runs for a no.8

Re: 2008 GF Teams - comparison to modern day teams.

our 2023 side is clearly better than 2008/09 teams simply cos key forwards mcbean, hosie and reynolds have stood up in finals where grima, kirkby and mcconnell rarely did

Re: Round 3 Norwood v West

Sorry bit off topic and I may have missed this somewhere else, does anyone know what happened to the Redlegs Talk forum?

Closed down unfortunately. The guy running it had enough from what I understand.

There is the Facebook site which I dont think much of and apart from this site there is BigFooty which has very good write ups of the games.
how many club forums are left now

snouts are still going strong
