Sorry Booney, but I wouldn't work for a company that interviewed over beers. Wouldn't get the job when I started skulling.

You'd be surprised how many of these are made up. I had one before xmas were the guy that had a reference listed as a ex supervisor, funny seeing I knew his reference and knew he had never been a supervisor. He still got the job though.
