A big congrats to Jay O`Leary on finishing 3rd in the under 18`s this year i have had the privilege to coach him over the last 4 years before his move to Broadies and not only is he a well mannered young man with 2 great parents that i have the most respect for he is one of the best young player's going around these days i wish him all the best next year at North Adelaide and hopefully he gets a fair go and makes it to the big time well done mate well deserved.
