Its funny all of these fair and reasonable parties such as the Adelaide medial, you and your mate BEENYmacca, seem comfortable with the way its all going at SANFL level, it makes me wonder what we are all concerned about.

Whoa whoa...Benny, myself, Aerie and others were discussing the definition of a club, what a club is, what being in a club means.

And according to you we were all overreacting when we predicted the AFL would put reserves sides in the SANFL. Your attitude of there's nothing wrong just close your eyes and ignore the forces eating up the SANFL is fuelled primarily by your greater love of the AFL.
I happen to love the SANFL and I really don't get why we need to be advised by people who clearly have no feel for the comp about how we should react to the continued insults inflicted on it.
But the Crows and Power have what they want, stuff the rest of us hey.

*sigh*

That page of the thread was, in the main, discussing a club, what it is, what makes up a club.

Your post seemed to be completely off track, hey, maybe I misunderstood what you were saying or how it related to the thread at the time. Maybe I didn't.

Maybe you know **** all about my thoughts on the SANFL, like how many games I've been to this year, like how I see the competition panning out and I sure as **** haven't ever said : "the Crows and Power have what they want, stuff the rest"

Go on, find where I've stated that or anything to that effect.

I see you'll go to some lengths to defend your right to talk about what a club is. And good for you!
As stated I think port' s right to its SANFL heritage conflicts with the comp. No apologies for interrupting your talk.

Thanks, I'll continue to do so as I wish. For I, and I would say pretty much every Port supporter, are just a little tired of being told what our club is, what it stands for and how it's structure should be seen by all and sundry and more so how we should see it.

Enjoy your afternoon.

The so called "shit" you find yourself in has nothing to do with PAFC. It all comes down to the clubs that voted yes. The sooner a lot of you realise that the sooner you might be able to move on.

I think you're missing the actual quote from bennymacca that I responded to.
Something about port being entitled to its SANFL heritage in the not so long ago. The chain of events that followed that led to the one club phenomenon followed by their reserves in our league. On those grounds I challenged the comment. And I would again if I saw it, I think I am on the right thread to do so. I am actually quite surprised by the stink that got kicked up about it. But basically its been my observation that those in favour of reserves in the SANFL are those that care more about the AFL.
I hardly come on this site anymore so I am sorry if what I am saying has been done to death already, but I feel better for saying it all the same.
