Believe it or not, I rate waking up stiff and sore, in more ways than one.

It means I did something right last night.

Going to watch my mates young fella playing hockey for Queensland in the Under 13 national championships.

They moved up to Towoomba for work a couple of years ago and havent seen them for ages.

Unfortunately the young fella lost his first game against the Vics but then had a win later in the day. They are playing SA tomorrow morning so will be interesting watching my mate cheer AGAINST the SA boys....

Asia Fest in Rymill Park. Great food, great beer, and great atmosphere. The highlight was Sumo Mania - a couple of these blokes are big!

@carey got another bat....

That I did, For a very scratchy 30odd not out. Was a hit out tho I really rated playing in that format having 2 bats, a short spell with the ball then only fielding for 5 overs suits me to a tee! How I wish the normal season was like that.

Was good to catch up again WHUFC

I second that.

It was an unusual format, but for a first-up run, I think it worked quite well.

A big cheers to both ATCO and Brown's Well is deserved, because the day wouldn't have happened without them. Both sides had some pretty awesome guys, and ATCO were gracious and accommodating hosts.

Yeah maybe next year a 4th side could be invited and then we could have games going on both our pitches at the same time.
