i think looking at rosewater's past results at home, you will be happy to take a win. very unique oval shape. i think the next 3 wks sees heccies, brahma, hope valley n plympton all play each other. heccies have hope valley at home this wk, then play the other two away and also ade lutheran away after that so its a very big month for us. looking fwd to playing hope valley again! a triple header as well

As is the case in the A grade the B grade comp is shaping to be just as tight. With Lutheran knocking off the previously undefeated Plympton on the weekend it leaves 3 teams on 5-1 (Plympton, Adelaide Lutheran & Brahma Lodge) seperated by percentage with Elizabeth 4-2 snapping at there heals and 3 teams just behind on 3-3 (Hope Valley, Nth Haven and Hectorville). The next 3 games for all teams will be very important with some trying to make a gap between themselves and the teams below them and others trying to lay claim to a top 3 position before the midseason break. I also would not write off Blackfriars after playing them yesterday. They were more than competetive and if they had kicked straight the margin would have been alot closer. Really is shaping up to be a great season.

Personally for Brahma Lodge we play Plympton, Hectorville and Hope Valley before the mid season break. Really looking forward to testing ourselves against all 3 teams. 2 that have been the bench mark for Div5R in recent years in Plympton and Hope Valley and also coming up against Hectorville who by all reports we had mixed results against last season.

All the best to all teams and hopefully the competetion stays this competetive for the remainder of the season.

Great win by the Eags yesterday, close til half time, but our class and skill level just overwhelmed Smithfield in 2nd half. Jake McVicar was clearly BOG with Makris not far behind, so good to have those boys with us. The Boozehound inspired by the ferals on the hill kicked 7 straight! Awesome game from him

Ben Halliday! What can u say? The guy is an absolute legend. 1st club he has played 100 games at and were so proud to have him back. Absolute great bloke off field as well. Dave Rogers gave an awesome speech about him at presos. Safe to say there was a lotta man-love in the club for H last night :)

Yeah great man and best amateur player ive seen. True Champion. On Smithfield, wat can u say, it was so appaulling the crowd behaviour that kids were sent home to protect them from listening to the filth. A true disgrace...not sure what the club or SAAFL are doing about it but something has to happen.

On the team, i can see them surpirising some sides. They sweated (if thats a word) on our turnovers all day and were damaging when they had space. Some very quick aboriginal lads were impressive and Joss was very good but probably needs to push back into defence a fair bit more than he does. The sides behaviour wasn't too bad until they got inspired by their "spectators" and decided to throw a couple...seriously do they think people are intimidated by that sh*t?
Harsh but fair.....

cause your not worth it!!! if you actually read through every post iv put up on here bout lodge it is because you guys are usually bagging someone else.... or making outlandish statements!!!
Also i wish to add i have no problem what so ever with blodge, have got tremendous amout of respect for the club as i do for alot of clubs... You have a excellent record against us at your ground, even the year you got relegated you still knocked us of that year out there... the older full forward was awesome.... ive always had hard games when iv played you guys!!!
So is that a good enough response for you??????
