Yeah it has merit, it's a bit easier now though since the season has started, a short week and end of month has made me a bit busier at work, I should be updated tomorrow, cheers for the thought, could combine with the div. 6 for Quichey's sake aswell.

Plympton by 26 pts, wouldve been more if at home... Can't remember winning there, so hopefully we can turn that around saturday....

I reckon you'll win by a bit more than that mate. And talking about Rosewater oval, had a walk around on it Monday when the juniors played there, it was in a terrible condition. I reckon there's more dead grass then live grass on it.

Your not wrong about Rosewater Oval. And it isn't dead grass. 70% is simply weed now. Just doesn't seem to get any work done to it from the council and has slowly been dying over the last few years. We just put down some winter grass seed in one smaller section only last Friday so if that seems to help out over the next month, we will try and do a lot of the oval. Otherwise, I wouldn't want to be playing cricket on it in October,

I didn't think there were too many weeds on it it was just dying grass. The council are too busy "working" on other jobs around our local council so maybe thats why, our oval is lucky enough to be watered on a regular basis. I played cricket on there in juniors at Port Adelaide and it wasn't that bad throughout the cricket season I thought.

cracking decision made by one ump in the 2nd quarter when he stopped play because he thought our player had stepped over the goal line. he was only about 20 meters away at the time with the goal ump within spitting distance of the palyer with the ball. once he'd stopped play he had no choice but to ball it up in their goal square even though we ahd cleared the ball the club room side

must win against the valleys this week. our b grade are coming together pretty well after an average round 1 performance. should be two good games down at thebbie.

It was actually cause the ball had crossed the line while in his hands, because he initially went to rush a behind then changed his mind at the last moment.
But anyway, that umpire you speak of was shocking all day. Some quite ridiculous calls against both sides.

Blacks intensity and endeavour was good all day and never really let us get going. We need to improve on our goal kicking though, will end up costing us eventually. 43.43 for the season not good enough.

maybe his view of it was better than i thoguh then.
losing babich and rugari in the first quarter made it tough. i thought we scrapped to stay in it all day.
the 25m for the water bottle incident against you guys in the first quarter was an interesting one as well.

i think the 25m was there. was a silly thing to do. Umpires were over touchy though for both sides. Thought Blackfriars put us under a decent amount of pressure which we havent really had in the previous two weeks. Not a bad thing for us since we got Elizabeth this wk
