its so hard to do with not knowing anything about rosewater or the blacks and heccies knocking us off to have them lower than us but i think they dont mind finishing 4th or 5th..

i cant pick a winner because finals is a different game as a found out first hand, injuries change a lot of things, structure and line-up, you follower duncs...

Last time i checked Hope Valley were in Div5 and Div5r and they went to the dogs last night. Are you like some grumpy old man that has nothing better to do than be wanker?

I know im a very otimistic guy. But it astounds me that any clubman worth his salt can before the season even starts write his club off to finish 7th!!!! Imagine having a coach that before the season starts says to his players. "Look boys were gonna finish about 7th this year, so lets go hard and fight to the end and we might get lucky and get 6th!!".... he wouldnt last the season!

Theres a difference between being realistic and having faith and confidence enough in your sides abilities to at least make finals! if u dont have that faith then whats the point???

As someone who jumps on for a read every now and again, it's getting pretty boring you writing the same thing on every page Duncs. Yes, we all know you think Elizabeth will win premierships - Done. Lets move on..

Adelaide Lutheran play CBC in a trial today, hopefully improve on spanking they gave us last year. We've got a good couple of squads playing, have lots of new faces, so see how we go.

Not gonna bother with a top 5, having not played in Div 5 for 3 years I'm assuming the opposition has changed A LOT!
for example - we beat BL at BL by about 30 goals. Something that will proabaly not happen this year

Sounds like a close comp this year - should be interesting.

i think its more to do with people not knowing enough about havens than anything else,as you said..

if you guys and heccies are very competitive its going to be a fantastic winter to watch..

in regards to efc..they werent that far away at times last year and have gained many new players this year..so they will be right up there as the team to beat with alfc

Some really great passages of play, good signs from a nearly full strength side 2-3 to come in id say.

Boozehound with an extremely lazy 8.5

Didnt see the Reserves but told Choccies side took the choccies! excuse the pun

Cs scrapped together a side 30 mins b4 game, with half side Under 16s, i thought played well against an experienced unit like GG. But GG won easily. I contributed nothing!
