Tough call on Kurtz, Osama. I can assure you in his hayday he was one of the hardest full-backs getting around who never shirked an issue.... Has he lost the anger? Is it body management? haha. I can assure u the anger used to be there.
Criticism is easy from the sidelines too i'm assuming, have u lost ur boots?
I'm assuming u have owned a pair but reluctant to say u knew what to do with them...

After Saturday, and from the other encounters this year against Angaston, I would think Howard would be
a good bet, he was solid all day against us and probably the best player on the ground.
Didn't think Gawler were that bad in the 1st semi, hard game of footy, you could tell they expected to win
by the sheer look of disbelief on their players faces after the game.
The weather was unmitigated proof that god is an Angaston supporter, the Panthers revel in these conditions,
just prepared to do the basics, do it hard and do it repeatedly.
Good to see the Deemu getting involved on the Barossa site, lookin out for his bro, good on ya champ.
Need not worry, was just 1 of the 3 multiple 'personality' posters trying to get a bite,
they will get on later and argue with themselves under a different 'personality'.
Strange what gives some of your team-mates and ex-assistant coaches a kick.
Perhaps we could put the phone number of the schizophrenic hotline down the bottom of the page to assist these poor souls.

What is the difference between "take account" and "take great account"?
Either you take it into account or you don't, surely! And you are admitting that some umpires are "human" too! ;)

Lets hope the directors make the right decision and change ovals this week! Tanunda oval should never been considered as a possible finals venue this year due to its condition. Surely there are better ovals than that around at this stage of the year, hopefully something is learnt from this and it doesn't happen again! All i can say is good luck to tanunda with training on it for the next few weeks, hope it doesn't take too much out of your legs! then again i suppose it wont matter will it swooper! heard you guys already got back-2-back shirts made up!!!!

Toronto you tell which oval in this league would have looked good last weekend after the rain we had, the answer is none. Tan pitch has been bad this season but when the BLG set the finals they do not have a crystal ball to tell them the forecast. Fact is that all final have to be shared around and Tanunda has only had 2 in the last decade. No t-shirts made just yet.

Correct. Willaston is always in great condition... Cant see why they couldnt get given a final this year.
Williamstown is too small to host a final and especially after the rain we have had over the past two weeks the ground is definately going to struggle to hold up...

As a football ground , Williamstown makes a first class caravan park.

Disappointed my Tigers havent been able to make it to the big dance once again. We are hoping to have some of the Matt Slade rumours put to bed in the coming weeks so players , supporters and coaching staff can move forward and prepare for 2010.

The rest of the comp has some work to do over the summer to catch up to Tanunda.

Pac-Man signing off for 2009.

KG and Cornsey will be interviewing Freeling's new coach Scott Hodges, rumor has it that journeyman Steve Occonnor will also be in his corner as assistant architect in the rebuilding the redlegs.
