This weeks tips

Willaston v Tanunda - Willaston will have to win & will win.
Nuri v Barossa - Nuri are playing good football at this time and will be hard to beat. I think it will be a very hard game for Barossa and it will be a test for them.
Freeling v Ango - I am only going for Freeling because they are higher on the ladder than Ango, I would not be surprised if Ango get this one.
South v GC - The game of the round. This will be the one to be at. South will just win and if they do they wil be hard to stop.

It's good to see the level of football being played in the 17's. It is also good to see 3 team that are so close in the way they play. GC,South & Nuri. This is a very good year with 3 team's looking for the top spot and 3 teams looking to get the 4th spot.
If I see it I say it.

Willaston v Tanunda - Should be a formality.
Nuri v BD - Nuri will destroy the Dogs I reckon. BD might be done for the season IMO.
Freeling v Ango - Freo need this one.
SG v GC - South are my favourites for the flag. Have decimated Nuri and Freeling in recent weeks.

On the money there Dizz. I reckon Nuri will carve the doggies up for dinner. The tigers will definitely have a say about who plays on GF day and IMO it will not be 2 Gawler sides.

Really?! Who are your tips for the GF Ruben? Hard to pick out of Nuri, GC & SG but I'm liking a South v Nuri GF. But, then again, can we honestly count out GC???

South v GC in the GF for mine..

Its funny how some hve turned so quickly in this forum, it was only a couple of weeks ago people were saying that GC's were miles in front, and now some saying they wont even make the GF....

I havent seen much Senior Colts this year but surely they havent gone backwards that much...
Have they had their best on the park each week...?
And didnt they only drop one game and that was by less than a goal...

But you blokes know the comp more than me...

just from what i have seen and the team they have barossa should be in the top three, i think its the COACH thats letting them down,

will be good to see how freeling go after three loses in a row

and gc will be in the game if charlie isnt playing A grade does any1 know if he is playing 17s?

Nick Falland, Lachlan Baker and Gus Adams back in the U17's tomorrow, may change the result. :-h
Falland to take the 3 votes.

i believe charlie has been made an import for their seniors, would that be correct? he was the beneficiary when nikalous returned which sent copley to southern flinders and opened up an import spot. so i doubt he will back in the 17s at all this year. maybe for finals if the As dont make it or if they get knocked out

GC must be looking at charlie as a long term import because by being the import the under 17's he's played this year wont count towards his 3 yrs. He will have do a year in the 2's next year if he's not the import next year.

Outside of Molyneux, Stockdale and Pinch playing the occasional game of A grade they've had their best side on the field. GC went down to Nuri by 5 points. The week prior South beat Nuri by around 80 points which is why I have them as my favourite currently. Their form has just been incredible of late. If GC beat South tomorrow I'd have to have them as my favourite again however.

LC, I was a player last year but I'm two weeks too old this year. I still have a lot of friends and a couple of family members playing in the comp though so I follow it pretty closely.

A very good week in footy.

Willaston over Tanunda: That is no surprise.

Barossa out ran Nuri: Sound like Barossa play their game of the season, I don't think people saw that one coming.

Freeling back in the winners list: It was a slow start by Freeling but they then found their way and started to goals. They would of made Ango look very bad if Freeling had kicked straight in the last quarter.

South getting over GC: this was a game that will/may be replayed on grand final day. I am not sure but I think GC's team was not at full power.
If I see it I say it.

apparently he lives in the port adelaide zone so they might snap him up before centrals...

I think the rule is that if you play any colt footy in the BL&G then you are a local for that club. I think it is that the player must play a min of 4 games to become a local. The rule about an import to local is only in A's & B's is that a player must play a number of games. I think it is 30 games.
The best way to find out is to check the BL&G handbook that every club gets at the start of the season.
If I see it I say it.

I see. So..... this week, the COACH is ok because they're in the top 3; but last week he was no good because they weren't ???
And how do you rate Nuri's coach and South's coach and the coaches of the other clubs just out of interest ?

The Barossa coach must be doing a good job or they wouldn't be where they are.
The GC coach has started to lose the plot. Have been told that he has started to get more vocal at the players for doing the wrong thing. In the past he would just sit there.
If I see it I say it.
