Probably not the best game of the year, North just seemed to do what they had to do but full credit to South they just kept at it and never gave up. Probably on difference in the end was the dominance of Damon White for North, 5 goals and had well over 20 possessions and a dozen marks. Whilst North come away with 2 points dont think Healy will be over impressed, few good signs for South but Warren needs some help up forward, Cockshell got his hands on the ball a few times but needs to do more. North with 4 coming back from injury and they had little impact on the game, Alleway quiet for 3 quarters then came alive in the last. Overall as a North supporter I think they would need to play alot better next week to get over the fast improving Westies

Understatement of the year.

Terrible terrible game, terrible terrible skills, terrible terrible umpires, good service from the drink/food outlets but even then it was the only place Ive gone where the bar staff have to feel the drinks to find one that isn't frozen, my last drink was a vodka because I thought vodka doesn't freeze but I was wrong.
WTF?

If North play like that next week West will win by 15 goals.

What is wrong with the standard of footy this year? Really gone backwards from 2008.

Archard will be fitter for next week
Younie sounded pretty good in the 1st qtr but seemed to fade. Can expect more from him next week.
North were better when White went up forward, so we just need to clone him so we have one up forward and one at HB.

Sounded like we just did enough in the end. Warren sounded pretty good for South

Dreadful match.

Why does North need White up forward when we have Alleway, Stewart, Shwarze and Gill up there?

Awful skills, awful decision making, awful game. Am glad such a poor crowd was there to see it (was possibly the worst home-side turn-out I have ever seen, would be lucky to have 200 South supporters there).

With that talent up forward and throw White & co in the forward mix at times, why arent Norths smashing teams????

Can anyone advise if South wore black armbands today?

Hi Squwark . no black arm bands that we noticed.

The 9c quoted on air was in the final quarter was the BOM App Tem (after the wind chill is factored in).

As far as games go I have seen worse (2 weeks ago Sturt v South comes to mind), good to see South have a crack for most of the day.

Bloody awful game....(once again!!)

Skills crap (both sides)....

Good to see South not let North "run riot". Some coaching moves from South I could not work out. :?

Good to see Sampson get the group over to the supporters at 3/4 time when we were about 2 goals own.....shame it did not work :(

Oh well, another defeat, another week......next..... :?
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!
