Meanwhile Rex Hunt who was found guilty of recklessly causing injury to a cyclist will be on air tomorrow....

As opposed to Bickley assaulting someone on the Footy oval....

Where do you want to draw the line ?

For sure, I wasn't trying to throw anything back at Hondo, just throwing some questions out there ... I wouldn't watch the footy show if Fev wasn't on it so Im glad he's safe, but his position begs the question.

On the field is surely a completely seperate matter?? Reports and suspensions have always been part and parcel of the game.

Johns hung out to dry big time. No mention of the other blokes involved.
Shouldn't be on prime time news in the first place (especially with Tracey "One eyed Journalism is my specialty" Grimshaw. No mention of the chick going home voluntarily with these blokes. What a joke. Cha ching!!

How did the 3-some become a dozen-some?
Did a little message get sent to the bar from someone inside the room who had been given consent ?
How did the pack enter the room?
Did consent to the original 2 mean the likelihood of a conviction against the pack which arrived later become almost impossible to prove in the opinion of police prosecutors?
Did she; when faced with 10 pissed league rugby players in a closed room with their pants around their ankles think "Jesus what do I have to do to get out of here alive??
Matt Johns works in an industry where popularity and viewer opinion decides who stays and who goes. If he was in a swingers club and all was fine and it came out he was in this lifestyle choice then the same would probably happen.Image and viewer attitude rule the commercial TV world and CH9 had a brand to protect and his participation in anything on-air was now simply unrealistic.Thats the game I'm afraid........

Rugby players don't consider it as group sex. It's called a "scrum".

Didn't the ABC chase the woman involved? She didn't go to them was my understanding.

Doesnt matter IMO. i think it is unfair treatment. A group session that was cleared of any wrong doing (morally wrong yes, legally no) and there is a fall guy 7 years later. Rubbish!!!

I don't disagree Johns has been treated harshly in all of this but i don't think it is right to go and label the woman a $$$$$$$$$$$ chaser if it is not the case.

I think the worst lot of people in all of this are Johns so called mates that were involved but dont have the balls to come out and say so. They have also left Johns out to dry.
