The other defender that's doing well is Carlton's Houlihan, a bit cheaper than those others mentioned, however, I think he's a bit soft and could produce some low scores in the future.

I have Houlihan and he is doing pretty well, he is such a good user of the football. I think he is pretty good value.

Only got to beat who is put in front of you REB

Had 2 duck eggs also, will be active in the trades this week to strengthen the side going into some tougher match ups.

Richo was a glute strain, not as serious as a hammy strain, could be alright for this week, but every chance he'll miss one game. Nathan Brown is a groin strain I believe, will be tested for this week, but they could play it safe and give him one more week to rest. Age is not in either of their favour.

not a good week for me this week. 5 0's. Guerra was out injured, and i was on my honeymoon so couldn't get on last week :( to trade him. Had Didak, Harvey, Hille, Richardson and Tiller score bugger all between them. Hope didak and richo come up for this week and have had to trade Harvey and Hille. Not a good week for me.

cox averages plenty against hawthorn - and is something like over 100 in 95% of his last 20 games - no brainer really.
of course i'm still rueing not having the gumption to get gazza at the start of the year and assuming he'd come down in price.

Grrrr, Didak out again, and probably for at least next round too. Didn't want to have to burn another trade, but FFS, I can't have Taylor Walker playing off the bench ](*,)

Chill out Q Man. Your oppo is weak this round so save the trade and play Walker. Even if you get done it's better to do so in Round 3 than it is in the Finals because you have no trades left.

I'm like a red-cordial-fueled hyperactive child when it comes to this stuff, I fall asleep thinking about my watchlist and am constantly doing the sums in my head.

I have calmed down though, gonna leave Didak on the bench and give Walker a run (although it is tempting to get Buddy at a low price tag even though he's got no-one getting the ball to him - will wait though). I'm in another league with prizemoney up for grabs, but I reckon I can get away with a score of 1900 in both leagues this week. Ta mate!

Having access to my team for the first time in two weeks, my single goal is to get more than 18 players score (my efforts for the last two weeks  )

It was neck & neck all weekend Brod - kept hoping I'd pull away yet after every game it was still close. In the end, it only came down to me having 22 playing.

I think most of the teams in Div 2 are getting into good shape.
