Sturt won by 1 point, final score Sturt 17.10 (112) d Centrals 17.9 (111), it was a very good game, Centrals kicked 7 goals in the 3rd qtr to put them up by 9 points but we responded back with a 7 goal last qtr to pip them at the post. Big Phil Jake played in the backlines and did well.

central lost a very good entertaining game, (from both sides). sturt lost 2 1/2 minutes from the time clock in the last quarter.
jake haezel suffered a neck injury and i think went to hospital.
both sides had skill errors in the first half but looked like two different sides in the second with both teams really lifting the tempo.
well done to sturt for hanging on.

kookas, what happend to the guy who came of with an arm injury?
