Demons player father bashed

Postby Mr66 » Sat Apr 04, 2009 9:58 pm

The father of Melbourne's Nathan Jones was set upon by three Collingwood 'fans' after the Pies 53 point win @ the MCG today.
At this stage he has suffered a broken cheekbone.
No link as yet, as this was just reported on Channel 10's Fifth Quarter.
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

I hope that Mr Jones gets himself a good lawyer and makes it cost them a lot of money rather than just letting the police deal with it.....

Dreadful news...........I must say I am always highly suspicious of the very popular "unprovoked attack" line. Just last week we had an "unprovoked attack" on a girl by other girls in the mall splattered all over the evening news/today tonight that night. 3 days later it comes out she degraded them 10 sec earlier as she walked past without any reason to as she did not know them and they heard it. Over the top reaction and unwarranted yes indeed it is but if you are going past 3 pissed dropkicks at the footy just shut up and keep walking and get home safely.Next time something much worse may happen.

Why would you want to hear from three hooligans who settle their differences with violence? Why would you even care?

And if there's three of you, it's easy to jump on one guy and belt the crap out of him. Cowards.
