Poor ol Tilly.
The Sunday Mail spelt his name wrong on three occasions in the country footy special.

Plenty of interest in Paul Schilling from city/Hills clubs.
Seems he's going to travel back from Adelaide each week to play for the Pies.

There were all sorts of stories about Waikerie having a bunch of Barossa players coming, has that fallen through?

About three former Magpies played for Meadows on the weekend, I think they were mostly B graders though.

And, up the other end of the river - is it true that a scooter incident OS is causing problems for a Renmark player?

Also at Renmark, all the talks been on the Stelzers and Bennett but word is O'Dea from Orroroo is a more than handy player and will dominate the comp.

How about Dempsey? Still coming to back?

Who are the Barossa players in question? Is one Bain?

Scooter incident no problem - that guy will play Saturday.

Dempsey is training.

Good to hear on the scooter incident Slapsy. Glad it wasn't as bad as I was told.

As for the Barossa players - don't know. Someone asked for some Waikerie info and that was the only thing I'd heard, no idea if it's true or not (came from a person who is new to Barossa footy this season). You know pre-season scuttlebutt....

the plan with footynet is that it will be a definative database, every player and official will have a registration number so they can be tracked australia wide- already running in other states.

I don't see the big deal. For starters, I only normally have a few beers on a Thursday night (haven't even done that for over a month) and then a few on the weekend.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Can any Renmarkians confirm Leigh (Noddy) Kennedy returning to play for Renmark this year too. Fair ol convoy from Adelaide to Renmark on a Friday night!! There would have to be a dozen or so making the trip.

If Noddy's coming back that could be dangerous.
