He was an assistant to Cab last year and was going to be Reserves coach this year. Had previously been at Hope Valley and Kersbrook.

It won't affect the majority, for us it will be business as usual, Rexy is a more than competent coach.

Not sure yet, possibly Shaun Whales, who was to be an assistant to Cab this year. I'll post it when I know the details.

Numbers are okay, but could be better. Have had over fifty names out, but it's just a matter of getting them all on the track at the same time. The hot weather isn't helping.

I think as a coach you'd want as many blokes training as possible, but I doubt the numbers at training last night have much to do with this.

We wish him well for the future and thank him for the immeasurable time and effort he has given to the club, both on and off the field.

Ben 'Rex' Hunt has been appointed the new A Grade coach for this season.

What is the real reason?

did he leave because the club was too scared to go up??????? hahaha... just jokes

Shouldn't get the option!!!! Hence the promotion/relegation system!!!! Trophy hunting by the looks of things, i hope they don't make the finals!!!! PATHETIC!!!!

Well done. You have again shown everyone how much of a chapstick you really are. Now go back to your Div 5 thread so you can continue denying to everyone that Plympton don't pay players.
Any talk of a flag before round 1 of any competition is pure insanity. We all aim for the holy grail but stating that is pretty ballzy. I do wish you blokes the best though

ummm don't think so tard... hahahahahahahah they dont pay, stop worry'n bout us and be more concerned bout yourself........... come to plympton speak to anyone you want, ill give you the prez number, the bar manager and even a bar fly........ if they succeed this year it will be because 21 players are there because they love the club.... my brother was coach for 3 years, he got us out of all sorts of trouble..not 1 player was paid through 2005-07. believe what you want, but when we win a flag this year (hopefully) is because we didn't buy a flag, we worked hard over the past 5 years to get what WE deserved.... Yes last year a member paid jim smith, but this year no member has put any $$$$ forward....... back to the topic..... no club should get the option..... play in a gf go up..... with edwastown leaving there is still space for 2 teams to come up... get of idiot!!
Big call mentioning flags before round 1, best of luck though :D
