I'm pretty sure it was Michael Holding who first said that, while commentating one day. Deathly silence in the commentary box, followed by raucous background laughter. A true classic!

Then we may need to find out who said it first because I recall years ago at some function they crossed to Clive Lloyd for a tribute to someone like Steve Waugh or Alan Border etc, and that's when he dropped the line about Lara naming his daughter Sydney.
