Strong news is that M. Taylor (united) has signed with Wallaroo for 2009. B. Shimmin also on the cards of heading there also.

Can anyone confirm this???

Well, i did say it was the Roosters mail!!

Anyhow, i'm not having a go, i think having twenty coaches drinking beer behind the coaches box has got to be better than one in the box, do the math's!!!

Is it good to see how we can make a discussion out of nothing though! No different to saying that Brad Taylor from G/Centrals was going to HWE!

PS: can you give us a brief Bio on John Ellis or should we "wiki" Him?
Sorry people I only deal in facts!

JD Ellis, very good appointment for United. JD coached Balaklava way back in the late Eighties as a player coach for a season before returning to united and being a very good Full Back.
Everything is fair!

Any chance JD will bring any new players to the Club with him?

Considering JD has only really been associated with United for the last 15-20 years I highly doubt it droppie.

So i guess that's all the coaches sewn up then!

Brandt - HWE
Earl - Mallala
Ellis - United
Michael - Balak
Fitzgerald - Two Wells
Phillips - Virginia
Burgess - Hamley

A quick question without notice, who would be the highest paid? Phillips for mine with Brandt seconds, purely because they are ring-in's.

J.D.ELLIS. WILLISTON BOY. Way Way back in the Gawler & Districts competition. Which was a extremely good comp and jonnie was a very handy player. GOOD LUCK! J D, I think you might need it with all the footy guru's under the water tower telling you how it's done!
