I have found the pic with the zones which I believe are still the same (it's about 10 years old)

Image

From what I can gather using the dots as the League ovals (and some guesswork), these are the suburbs that are in each zone.

I'll start with the easiest zone to figure out:

Port- (assuming the following:
-southern boundary is bordered by Bower Road, Old Port road, Addison road, Cheltenham Parade, Grand Junction Road
-eastern boundary is bordered by Briens/Bridge road
-northern boundary is bordered by Smith Rd/Park Tce/Waterloo Corner road/Bagster road/RAAF base/Heaslip road/Mill road/Symes Rd

I think I have lived in the Glenelg and Norwood Zones as well, and possibly the North zone but without maps I cant be sure. If I'm right, that's 6 club zones. Can anyone beat that? (Maybe Super Sid?).

I'm in North. I played Mini league for Port. Meaning that 25 years ago Port's zone was where my primary school was, now it's North. My mate who lived in one of the North's suburbs mentioned played for Torrens in the mini league 25 years ago.

Going by the poll results so far, there may be a lot of sons playing for clubs their dads hate. :)

Was prepared to pay an extra $20 000 for a house to live West of South Rd i.e. live in Glenelg's Sheidow Park/Trott Park zone as opposed to Westies zone (Happy Valley).

Won't much different for my son as he choose his parents poorly with respect to football talent.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Lived in the Dogs zone until I was about 14, then moved to Wynn Vale which was Norwood, then it became North and I think it is back to Norwood now.

Currently live in North Adelaide zone, have been in Sturt, Norwood and Port zones at various times.

I currently live within cooee of the primary school I went to.

Back in the day it was in Glenelg's zone; I played mini-league in a Tigers guernsey.

A year or two after I left it went over to Westies.

However, judging by the maps above, and from browsing junior footy results in the paper, it looks like the school has since returned to the Bays.

So I'm guessing I live in the Tigers zone.
