Because a college player is educated, has a balance between life and work, understands the rules of the game, and accordingly can converse with an umpire in complete grammatical sentences that include words with more than one syllable.

Yeah pretty much, we gotta win 2 of the last 4 and hope SPOC win no more. Woody South still have to play Westies so they might sneak another one in.
Whos looking the goods for the medal ya reckon? Cannane from Walkerville has been very good against us both times, might have 5-6 votes from those games alone.
Didn't rate him that much, I thought Menz was a very good player for Walkies. There's one or two blokes who would be a chance for us but I won't say who they are. The skinny dude for Flinders Park might be a chance to win it again, Frinsdorf from Iggies or Cattermole would be my picks. I'm sure there may be one or two from Eastern Park who would be in the running too but I don't read the Sunday Mail so I don't see the best players for other teams too often.

Sorry HI HO had to correct that one.. I know it doesn't make any difference to the argument but.. oh, and SMOSH is actually classed as a college side, being St Michaels Old Boys... so I guess 2004 would be your answer, not 2003.

So no favoritism can be argued for college boys there.
