cant remember which group im in grub i think im with rob gill who hasn't played a game yet, and going on my form there may be the cheapest group of the night! get on it!

big game for tumby, rumor i heard was they had the chance to make their celebration game against us last week (would've made sense due to the rivalery etc) however i heard that since they know they are more friendly with ramblers and ramblers will stay for the aftergame celebrations that they decided to play them.

games this week

Tumby to get smashed by 14 goals at home - tumby have edna clarke and craig curtis still out with a shoulder
Cougars will no known injuries to beat lock by 11 goals
Ungarra vs Yelenna at our first home game for the year will be a close one, yelanna at full strength and us with rob gill in the middle, will be close and predict a 10 point win to either team

Congrats to Tumby Bay FC on their milestone. Hope they have a great weekend. Knocking off Ramblers should get them off to a good start.

See one of my great greats was an official for the Club at the start. Can't say I can see a resemblance in the photo though. He's much more handsome. Not sure if it was uncle wilbur, wally, william or Wolfgang. See they spelled the surname wrong back then too

wcp - I beleive Mallees depth is worse at this stage, Tasies too strong for me. I feel a wager coming on panther... I got $20 that says Tasmans win!

Not confident enough to put any loot on the line, but it is a 50/50 game in my opinion. Mallee's will see this as a game they can win. Reckon against Waybacks they were probably beaten before they got out the changerooms. Their mental approach plays a big part in their performances.

Funnier things have happened.
Woodville beat Port once in the 70's

No I just reckon their weekend may help them a lot. They've got an astute coach and will want to impress in front of all their supporters. Also Roger is too nice a bloke to let Ramblers spoil their day

Good round this week. Top v bottom but the other 2 games should be close. Mind you, if you have to pick the winner and get within 15 points theres not much point picking a team for less than 15 points is there Scoob?

scoob, only a few good men were able to achieve what you did last week, and remember it is only the first game of football, just couldnt manage to get around that callosal frame of yours ( can weave magic but cant move mountains ) that was the first battle of the war my friend.

Several pieces of gold, brothers.
When your offspring grow to a certain age, I see some 40 year old dads whispering in their respective sons ears and continuing the battle, but through another generation.
