If anyone knows Andrew Symonds can they contact him with my cert TOMorrow

R8-3 FIFTY GORILLAS
The horse is erratic, wayward, hangs in, races ungenerously, breaks in the running
does everything wrong and can still beat these
The win at Port Pirie 2 runs ago was one of the biggest runs ever witnessed at the track
WIN

I know i have no credibility on this site yet,but Mako Spirit can win this race today,PT 7 no.8,have seen it work to a pozzy(last start)then run strongly to the line, thats all you can ask,won Hunter Cup night, anything over or on $2 a drum should be taken, despite the draw.

GLOBE QUADDIES (my only bets for the day)

1,2,7,8 / 2,4,5,7,8 / 1,2,5,8 / 1,2,5,8 (25c = $80)
2,7 / 2,4,5,6,7,8,9 / 5,8 / 1,2,5,8 (25c = $28)
2,7 / field / 5,8 / 5,8 (25c = $18)
2,7 / 2,4,5,7,8 / 5 / 8 ($1.50 = $15)
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

dutchy i'll clarify this because without seeing the race i can't exactly know what happened but i'll 'guess' he had to nurse the horse rather than push it incased it broke as it can do, i agree with mal why wouldn't you handup to it anyway

I cant condone the driver of 50 Gorillas
He logically tried for the front and didnt find it
Rather than knock the horse about he sat up in the death
I thought it would still win, it took the lead but was eventually run down

The $65 holding the lead wasn't the horses reason for getting beat. Sat there quietly but wasn't good enough on the day. Winner sat 3 wide without cover last 1000mts and beat it fair and square. Not like it got up the sprint lane or got miracle run. Horse wasn't good enough.
Yes it was last leg of all ups for me but no excuses.

Anyone snare any part of the $3 of the globe derby treble which went off today????
Cos your a genious if you did!!!!! Mal should be giving you the carton for it!!!!!

Keen form student and video watcher BART couldn't see how anyone could get it. Horse which hasn't won for 13 months (race 3) beats Moonee Valley bound horse which is unbeaten in SA in first leg. Then Horse which has been beaten over 100mts in both its last 2 starts wins last leg by 20 mts.
He helped young driver M Laird break his duck for the last 15 months on friday night telling him to follow boyzy to top of straight and don't pull out to then, But BART said from today (monday) on a few of the races was impossible to follow.
No Money to spend on Candy this week for Bart!!!!!

I agree with Centreman that Fifty Gorillas was beaten on its merits by a horse that sat 3 wide the last 1000.
If Fifty Gorillas led MAL, the winner would have been in the death instead of 3 wide and I reckon the result would have been the same.
