i agree its getting boring
i will chime in and say however footynut
broadview of course has never spent big bucks have they
kemps, jones, grantham, white, casey etc etc
so broadview arent as clean as you may hope and think
kilburn, like all clubs i would suggest is given a budget, the football people work to that budget
everyone is happy if they are under come end of year
how they spend it is up to the powers to be
30 years ago they were in A3 and seeing i know a few of the boys they have got back to the club would suggest a repeat of the 90s just might be on the cards

Any word on who, do you mean good footballers or just long names? Might be a bit early to know but have they picked up any good Aquinas boys?

Dont think that all of the colleges come back till early next year.... will have to keep the ear to the ground... Not sure have only heard whispers.... Frick from whyalla league is one of the bigger names. Towering Center half forward, Hasnt played for a few years as he has been over seas.. My mate said that they will base the whole team around him....

Walkerville don't seem to have much trouble finding the big boys. Might be pushing it to base the whole team around one bloke. Has he played league? I think dominating the Whyalla league might be a bit easier than doing the same in town.

Yeah but from all reports this bloke has been offered massvie coin for a few leagues, One of his house mates plays for walkerville so he talked him to coming out.. One of my mates who plays there reckon they have cut away a bit of deadwood and have added some really quick players... Plus 2 of there injuried players over the finals will be back, Stronger and faster. Should be good to watch i reckon

Their first quarter against Sals West. in the finals was as good as I've seen, but I think they had trouble doing it consistently. Lots of touches between goals, easy to stuff up. From what I heard they could've taken out the GF and the top 3 were pretty even all year.

i think you will find that eastern park could never afford anybody that wanted money. most blokes play at the club because mates are there or enjoy good times that happen on a saturday night. Drove past last friday and seen about 30 blokes running up yorketown road. good turn out for this time of year and for a friday.

looks like most clubs in div 3 have recruited pretty heavily. is the standard raising or is money now becoming more of a issue in lower grades (more avaliable). Andy this is NOT a dig at kilburn as i don't know what they have to offer and what there budget is.
