I did that at Randwick on Everest Day last year when Ciaron Maher was buying my mate (he has horses with him) and me beers after hours (He'd just won ~$1m)
Maher called my mate on Monday and asked him how much?
My mates reply..........about 3 bottles of Veuve Clicquot until he got on the reds..............
Fast forward to Everest 2025: Maher to my mate: "Where's Jimmy?"
