A sign Graham Wright has said he doesn't have enough information to make a decision on Voss.

That's why he's sought after.

He’s gone at end of season

The Carlton Football Club can today confirm with absolute clarity that its AFL Senior Coach Michael Voss will remain coach of the Blues into the 2026 AFL Season.

As communicated by the Club in June, incoming CEO Graham Wright has been maximising the final eight weeks of the home and away season to work closely with the football department.

This has involved clear consultation with players, coaches and staff, producing valuable insights into where the AFL program currently sits, and the necessary steps that need to be taken to take the team forward.

“We were clear following Round 16 that we would utilise these remaining games to make calm, rational and fully informed decisions that will take our football club forward and that is what we will continue to do,” Carlton President Rob Priestley said.

“The first of these has been in relation to our Senior Coach, which we are now in a position to provide clarity on following last night’s scheduled Board meeting.

“Last night, Graham presented a recommendation to the Board of Directors that Michael remains as our Senior Coach into next season.

“This recommendation was unanimously endorsed by the Board.

“For the last few months Graham and Michael have been meeting regularly, during which time they have been engaged in open and honest dialogue with one another on what is required for us to evolve as a football side.

“Michael’s ability to lead our football club this year in the face of incredible pressure has displayed the attributes of a strong and selfless leader.

“Carlton always comes first for our coach, and Graham and Michael share a clear and aligned view on the opportunities to improve football performance.

“We want to make it absolutely clear that Michael Voss is the coach of the Carlton Football Club and he will remain the coach of the Carlton Football Club.”

Into[/b the 2026 season…. Not [b]for the 2026 season

Editing must be your send language

Good pickup though … that wording does seem deliberate … Senior Coach Michael Voss will remain coach of the Blues into the 2026 AFL Season

Had to resist.

These big games often through some tough questions and often you get an answer on the night. But the big question tonight which I think will not be decided yet, who has the worst headband, Moore or Chol?

F*** me, if the Suns are able to knock off GWS at home I have them finishing 2nd!

That's providing that:
Sydney defeat Geelong @ SCG.
Dogs defeat Docvkers @ Marvel.
Dockers defeat Lions @ Optus.
Crows defeat Collingwood @ AO.

There's a lot going on here, my squiggle has:
Crows 72
Suns 68
Cats 64
Pies 64
Freo 64
Lions 62
Dogs 60
Hawks 60

GWS 60
Swans 52

I am facing a serious issue though, which bandwagon do I jump on?

Shortlisted it to 4, likely to change each week as teams get knocked out.

Adelaide: Becasue they're an Adelaide side and I lve the way they're playing. Downside is the Crow flogs at work and my FB associates they will probably be deleted if they were to win.
Gold Coast: Who doesn't love a Mighty Ducks storyline?
Freo: Same deal, after recieving the worst entry conditions out of all of the franchises it would be nice to see them get their maiden premiership and I think I would look good in purple on GF day.
Dogs: I just love watching them play and the lad goes for them, they're going to be around the mark for a few years IMO, could do with another decent tall defender though.

Learn the meanings and difference between resign and re-sign, two verbs that are spelled the same but have different meanings. Resign means to voluntarily leave a job or accept something bad, while re-sign means to sign a document again or re-engage a sports player

Don’t get me started on flammable vs inflammable
