As expected, Labor takes Sturt.

In Boothby, Nicole Flint has managed to increase the Labor margin by 10%.

Clive Palmer has score a king pair in the last 2 elections.

So where to from here?

Another 3-4 years unopposed. I fear where we're heading.

Yes, would be nice to get Dutton’s pension after being effectively sacked by a nation.

I said last election that the Libs won’t exist in 10:years and that is still on course.
With the margin now they have zero chance of getting that back next election and with the Church getting more and more involved there will be many more of their traditional voters who will jump ship and they are destined for a decade in wilderness even if they manage to survive.

Peta Credlin seemed grumpy on Sky News

At least Murdoch makes money out of trying to indoctrinate us, not like our mate Clive.

At least they’ll all be happy that the Greens tanked.

Senate: Labor 28, Greens 11

39 required for a majority in the 76 seat senate.

In other news, Trumpet of Patriots has not won any House or Senate seats.

Not sure Labor’s vote is high enough to be in Senate majority. Unless you mean Labor and Greens together.

Angus Taylor an early favourite for Liberal Leader.

If that happens Labor will celebrate long and hard.

Trumpet of Patriots has a swing against them, currently 2.3%, so only received 1.9% of the total vote (House)

One Nation received a swing to them of 1.2%, but didn’t go close to winning any House seats. They won’t add to their existing Senate seat either.

Greens have lost 2 House seats but will stay at 11 in the Senate.

David Pocock was easily re-elected in the Senate.
