Not sure if it’s been mentioned Nick Hayes is back with the eagles so both brothers have returned

You could wear Matt Lokan’s old guernsey, that might fit.

Was hoping him and Krueger would end up back in the SANFL but seems like its getting tougher to get these type of blokes back .

Not sure where James Tsitas is playing this year

Hardie wanted massive money. Don’t think he would have come.

Kreuger is committed to staying in Victoria as his partner is an aspiring Olympic athlete who is on a scholarship there. Fair enough. We tried very hard.

Will be good for their family to have them all playing together.

For what its worth this is what i think of the recruiting this season of the proper clubs
North - Look to have added some really good talent & will improve
Glenelg -Had the best list last season & have added even more class, clearly flag favourites
Sturt-With the 3 they have brought back in from WA they look a real contender again,
Eagles -The Hayes brothers are big ins ,Jack was clearly the best player in the SANFL before going to St,Kilda ,Mutch is good return ,Big watch
South-Looked to have improved their list
Norwood-Stating the obvious i know Boyd is a massive out ,some good ins for them & expect them to challenge again.
West - They look as though they may find it tough this season.
Central-Happy with who we have picked up ,hoping we can take the extra step in finals

"Be interesting to see who Port take to replace Todd Marshall. ( believe they have until 8th February."

Is it "take", or is it an offer to a player who has to accept?

I think it is up to the player whether they want to accept,
i know we had 3 who were approached by Port and they said no

Nah your original post hasn’t changed Gaz (the Doggies oracle) just added his $0.05 worth in the quote.

Good news about Benny. IMO he’s our long term Snooky replacement.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
