A couple of clubs were chasing Mitch Hardie but I see he has signed at the Casey Demons.
Was hoping him and Krueger would end up back in the SANFL but seems like its getting tougher to get these type of blokes back .

Not sure where James Tsitas is playing this year

Hardie wanted massive money. Don’t think he would have come.

Kreuger is committed to staying in Victoria as his partner is an aspiring Olympic athlete who is on a scholarship there. Fair enough. We tried very hard.

For what its worth this is what i think of the recruiting this season of the proper clubs
North - Look to have added some really good talent & will improve
Glenelg -Had the best list last season & have added even more class,clearly flag favourites
Sturt-With the 3 they have brought back in from WA they look a real contender again,
Eagles -The Hayes brothers are big ins ,Jack was clearly the best player in the SANFL before going to St,Kilda ,Mutch is good return ,Big watch
South-Looked to have improved their list
Norwood-Stating the obvious i know Boyd is a massive out ,some good ins for them & expect them to challenge again.
West - They look as though they may find it tough this season.
Central-Happy with who we have picked up ,hoping we can take the extra step in finals

i know we had 3 who were approached by Port and they said no

Sturt-With the 3 they have brought back in from WA they look a real contender again, top 3 you would imagine
Eagles -The Hayes brothers are big ins ,Jack was clearly the best player in the SANFL before going to St,Kilda ,Mutch is good return ,Big watch 5th/6th
South-Looked to have improved their list bottom 2, lost lots of good players
