I actually have no issues with it if it’s done safely, last night it was very unsafe for kids and drivers.
Noticed three separate posts on our local area Facebook page about the near misses last night, of these people 2 had decorated their homes so they are not being grinches. It was just it was getting dangerous

The one the Pear Cafe run is very well organized like everything they do from Thai Chi to walking and cycling groups, knitting clubs, book clubs, Mums n Bubs mornings, baking classes, school holiday activities. Been a really good addition to our community. I now know the names of people around the corner, across the road, down the street, like it was when we were kids.
