In bed by 9-9:30, make sure I put my phone down at least 30 minutes before I hit the hay. Up at 5:10am Mon/Wed/Fri for the gym, 5:55am Tues/Thurs.

However, my old man innards have me up* once a night to the dunny, usually between 2am and 4am. If it's 2am, I go back to sleep, if it's 4am I struggle.

Then, the other side of the bed the hot flushes and tossing* and turning add another dimension to it all. I reckon I'm getting by on 5-6 hours of broken sleep.
PAFC. Forever.

Depends if I'm working from home or not, the one day I work in town I get up at 6am (work till about 2.30pm) so wil get about 7 hours sleep.
4 days a week I work at home I sleep about 11pm -7pm for 8 hours. Sometimes with a small nap around 7.30pm.
On the weekends it can be as little as 3-4 hours as I'm usually up drinking to all hours.
My quality of sleep is fantastic if I don't drink alcohol, it's awful if I drink.
Mind you according to Google I'm rarely in a deep sleep.
Don't take anything to help me sleep an am nearing 54. I used to in my 40s but weened myself off it.

Yeah, I have my phone go into sleep mode at 10:30 so no one can call or text me.

I find it most annoying that I’ll fall asleep immediately and sleep like a log if I have a few drinks, there’s no justice in being disciplined.

I try and have a sleep in on the weekend but still wake up at zero o’clock. Apparently lazing is as good as sleeping.

Honestly if I didnt have a wife, dog, cat, kids, alarm or anything else wake me up, I would sleep for 12 hours a night no problem.

Bed around 11.30pm and get out of bed around 8am (usually awake around 7am tho when wife goes to work)

In the last year or so when I drink I have a shocking sleep, used to sleep beautifully with a belly full.

I'm a shocking sleeper, lucky to get 6 hours a night, always broken, regularly wide awake for hours after waking up mid-sleep. Don't drink coffee, work 9 hours a day min, usually baked by the end of the week.
Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.

When does the SANFL release the remainder of the fixture for 2024?

I was surprised when looking on the app, that there were dates etc TBA..... hangover from Covid?

Planning to come back to SA in August, like to line it up with an interesting North game and head out to Prossy for a look.
