Super cringe.

Is he just on Nine and 3AW? He was (and may of started) on Access All Areas, the AFL.com.au show with Matthew Lloyd and Damien Barrett and was fine on that, definitely not 'wooden' like Selwood and Cotchin.mighty_tiger_79 wrote:dont mind jimmy Bartels work in the media

One of the very few recent players to step up from special comments to play by play, I think too.Vamos wrote:Montagna is a good commentator I reckon, in this era of mediocre callers.

Found it amusing that "the flog" Tom Morris was carrying on about Clarkson saying such vile things

Clearly his research didn't show that Carlton beat Sturt in official end of season premiers matches on Adelaide Oval in 1968 and 1970. Is it a case of modern AFL media not recognising Sturt as a South Australian team or those end of season premiers matches that were played from 1968 - 1975 never happened?

Well then he should have written that it was their first win over a SA AFL team and then he would have been correct - attention to detail is a skill that modern sports writers lack these days.
