$280
That doesn't include our pre-match drinks at the Casino! (Or lunch,2 ubers or tickets)
All added up to about $600 for a day at the footy!

You’d be dead already

2 K a game each. That’s 36 k per round plus for many airfares and hotel rooms.
What a complete and utter waste of money this cohort is.
As I type the peanut does it again.

No coincidence it’s gotten worse since the crows stuff up. They’ll eventually go back to guessing

Good point. I think my frustrations are vented at the individual but the system has its share of the issue as well.
If the clubs said to the league as a united group that we would be happier if you got rid of the score review and get back to the goal umpires just making the call then we (ok me) could move on. I am not against a “captains call” for the clanger. Get one, keep it if correct, encourage the umpires to make the decision;.
After all, they were put into the game to make the call from the best position.

I have a more drastic approach, kind of like soccer. If it's kicked and is touched but still goes through the big sticks, it's a goal (the opposition weren't good enough to stop it). Same goes for touched in the field of play. Take it away from the Muppets
