Yes, and still very good at kicking it to the opposition

Good enough to be selected to play in a GF team at the Eagles... works for us!

Why do you think you know him better than Eagle supporters, we've watched him play reserves and league for quite a few years now. Would have seen him play lot more matches than you I would suggest.

I was going on the Eagles selectors view on him.
He clearly is good enough to win the ball. Was second highest possession winner on the ground on Saturday.
He has been given some instruction on areas he needs to work on. No doubt areas that he would have been advised on at the Eagles. Lets see if he responds to that critiquing. Often it takes a second opinion before the players take note. He wouldnt be the first player to be a better player after a move.

. Yep.

Many players move clubs and get better or different opportunities and improve Some either don’t improve or they go backwards.

Pudney always played well against South.

Pudney will win plenty of ball on the expanses of Elizabeth Oval, from there anyone on the ground is an opportunity to receive it.

How he got rookie listed at the Pear is beyond me. The only thing more confusing from that draft was Grundy getting onto the actual senior list...

Still cost dollars that could have been invested elsewhere, Michael Frederick for example.

How about Riley Grundy? Was that just a shameless attempt to get big bro over?

Many years ago I met Grundys mum her words he’s not playing for port or crows
Also years ago at oval ave former eagles player Lucosis if I’ve spelt his name right his dad wanted him to play for port not crows
Port were never getting oldest Grundy and missed out on Lucosis who was willing to play for port
And that Academy port could’ve drafted Stengel first watched him play in the eagles seconds before he played league after being cut from the crows another player port could’ve drafted

So what would you like me to check on haven’t seen Grundys mum in years
And Stengel played every second week before he was drafted to Richmond got cut picked up by the crows then cut

Yep. They did when he was there. Not so much bagging but highlighting what they saw as where he was not up to scratch.

If we don’t bag former players then life is not worth living.

For the Norwood fans, your recruit Coote is one seriously quick kootballer. Callow looked like he is ready to play and O’Neil fitted straight in.

F'n oath he does. Our '12, '13 & '14 premiership can be attributed to him. We lost almost the equivalent of 2.5 teams over the years and still won premierships.

O'Neill is a gun.
